HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY BE?

Your Artisan Army Wood Window Sash will be started as soon as your order is processed. Once completed the sash will be properly packaged and shipped through our carrier. Expect 4 weeks for delivery after date of order placed.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, as of now Wood Window Makeover only ships domestically

 

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY?

No, sorry. We offer local pickup at our Tampa Museum, which is the preferred method for any order.

 

CAN I PLACE A LARGE ORDER (FOR MY CLIENTS, EMPLOYEES, ETC)?

Yes! Please enter any quantities that you may need and our team will contact to confirm your order size before production. Larger orders may result in a bit longer wait time for completion.

 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We live and work in Tampa, Florida. Visitors are always welcome to see our museum and speak with our team about our favorite subject, Wood Windows.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET! WHAT CAN I DO?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your gift to the address you provide to us, on the date you've selected during checkout (or within 1-2 business days if you do not select any date). We mail via UPS Ground, which means your gift should arrive 1-5 days after we put it in the mail, depending on the destination zip code. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information when we create the mailing label, so you can track your gifts' progress to its final destination. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally UPS experiences delays, especially around major holidays.  We are not responsible for these delays.

 

CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO ARTISAN ARMY WOOD WINDOW SASH ORDERS?
