Culture Steward & Mission Builder (Artisan Army / Window Craft)
That's where you come in. We're looking for a Culture Steward & Mission Builder - someone who can hear idea and think, "I can make that happen." this is isn't about saying yes - its about partnering to organize, implement and being vision to life through culture, events and community.

Where You’ll Make an Impact
You’ll help build culture, manage logistics, share stories, and equip leaders—all to grow the mission of serving historic house communities through Window Craft.

Culture & Spiritual Stewardship:

Live with a spirit of service and purpose, bringing your whole self to the mission.

Help establish and maintain culture through rituals, patches, leaderboards, and recognition systems.

Foster belonging by documenting member milestones, stories, and recognition moments at workshops and competitions.
Operations:

Coordinate schedules, travel, and supplies.

Manage rosters, follow-ups, and competition rules/scoring.

Track progress in the Five Pillars.
Creative Communication:

Use your creative gifts in design and storytelling to serve the movement.

Keep members engaged with posts, updates, photos, and video.

Craft visuals and words that weave the community together into a shared story.
Leader Enablement:

Anticipate needs and solve logistical problems.

Prepare workshop materials (docs, visuals, induction kits).

Support and steward attendee/member communication between events.

Is window experience required?
No prior window experience needed. What matters most is your ability to organize, communicate, and build culture. If you can help bring vision to life, you can learn the rest along the way.
Remote or on-site? Hybrid. You can work remotely much of the time, but this role will include travel to key workshops and events to be hands-on with the team and community.
Compensation? Compensation will be discussed with finalists and shaped around your scope, skills, and travel. This is more than a paycheck—it’s an opportunity to grow with the mission while being supported in your work.

Who will I work with most closely? You’ll work directly with Steve and alongside leaders, artisans, and apprentices in the movement.
