Historic communities do not build capacity through isolated individuals. They need people who can understand the problem, divide responsibility, and begin acting together.
The Community Capacity Delegation admits three people to the complete November 5–8 WindowFest public gathering at the Historic Grand Opera House in downtown Uvalde, Texas.
This experience is designed for a town, organization, church, historic district, Main Street program, or preservation group ready to send a small team and return home prepared to act together.
An ideal delegation might include a community leader or connector, a working or emerging artisan, and a homeowner, property steward, or preservation advocate.

• Three complete WindowFest Mission Passes
• Pre-event Community Capacity Assessment
