What Is the WindowFest and WindowLympics?
This is more than a workshop. It’s a landmark moment for Window Craft.
We’re gathering in the heart of the Ozarks for the first-ever WindowFest and WindowLympics Workshop Festival—a two-week celebration of craftsmanship, competition, and community.
Held at the historic 1929 Hotel Seville in Harrison, Arkansas, this one-of-a-kind event blends immersive training, artisan fellowship, and a full weekend of friendly but fierce competition.
Come to sharpen your skills. Stay for the camaraderie. Leave changed.
This is where the next chapter of Window Craft begins.

Who Should Attend?
New apprentices | Seasoned artisans | Sash makers & finishers Leaders looking to build teams | Curious homeowners
Future workshop hosts
Serve the Mission. Support the Craft. Volunteer at the WindowLympics.
But this isn’t a free-for-all. Volunteers are leaders-in-training—those who serve with humility, align with the Five Pillars, and are willing to support the craft, not rewrite it.
We’re looking for people to help with:
-
Setup and teardown
-
Hospitality and food
-
Photography, video, and documentation
-
Competition support (timing, judging)
-
Workshop hands-on assistance
What you give: time, energy, presence
What you receive: hands-on experience, advanced access, meaningful participation, and deeper alignment with the mission.
All volunteers must review and affirm the Five Pillars of Window Craft before joining the team.
