We’re gathering in the heart of the Ozarks for the first-ever WindowLympics and Workshop Festival—a two-week celebration of craftsmanship, competition, and community.
Held at the historic 1929 Hotel Seville in Harrison, Arkansas, this one-of-a-kind event blends immersive training, artisan fellowship, and a full weekend of friendly but fierce competition.

But this isn’t a free-for-all. Volunteers are leaders-in-training—those who serve with humility, align with the Five Pillars, and are willing to support the craft, not rewrite it.
We’re looking for people to help with:
